This address is wrong for Marston Surgery. I have missed appointments because I had to drive to cranfield surgery using this map. And the receptionist at the marston is very rude and refuse to understand.

The staff were vey friendly and helpful. The doctor took it slow and very caring. You just need to be patient on making an appointment and arrive before time. There is also a car park available.

This practice covers Marston and Cranfield and lots of other areas, but only has about 25 doctors appointments available that you can only book on the day. As a result, unless you're one of the first walking through the door or are on the phone the second 8.30 ticks over you won't get an appointment. And this is no exaggeration, I will be on the phone when 8.30 ticks over, and the automated "surgery is closed" response stops, and still be 27th in the queue. Appointment? I may as well ask for Rachel Weisz riding a gold unicorn.

It can be a struggle to get one of the morning appointments but I feel that is no fault of the surgery! Every time I have called the receptionists have been friendly and helpful. I have seen the nurse several times with my son and she is very kind and patient even though they seem busy at all times!
