Nice rooms, can't open windows though they are just big glass panes. But good view outside and keeps the insects out.

Expensive, loud (resounding yard, wind coming through all gaps, building technology is noisy, kindergarden next to it), no privacy and time to renovate. Furthermore unsupportive accommodation team after signing the contract.
