At least 3 times a year a group if us go for a quilting retreat. All the feedback is so positive. Great staff, friendly, welcoming, flexible. So clean and food- overfed and so much choice. Booked for 3 events in 2023 already and about to book for 2024. So glad we found this place.

Stayed here for 1 night due to a local work event. Will definitely stay again. Lovely clean comfortable room for a great price. I didn't have breakfast so can not review that. Bit tricky to find in the dark but plenty parking.

Rooms are basic but always spotless and think it is very reasonably priced. The service from the staff is second to none, have always found staff to be outstanding here and I have stayed several times. There is an especially lovely lady at breakfast who has glasses who is outstanding, it always brightens my day to see her. Having said that, all the staff are excellent. Thanks for a great stay!

Went with friends for a long weekend. They look after us very well, we are regulars here and they always put on a good spread at mealtimes and most importantly can cook a perfect poached egg (a rarity…)!||Nothing is too much trouble and …

Small rooms but ok for me for one night. Clean and had everything I needed. Breakfast was good although it took 3 attempts to get a hot pot of tea, had to keep sending it back as it was cold.

Excellent place to stay. Basic but clean and tidy, nothing more needed. Bed was very comfortable and there was a blanket to use as an alternative to the duvet if required. This is a plus for me as in many places there’s only a duvet and it’s too hot to sleep under. Very comfortable indeed.

Pufect for us visiting our son in Bedford. Very clean and reasonable price. I'm not keen on the pillows, though. Food & drinks: Great breakfast and dinner at Reggies onsite cafe.

Stayed here for work purposes the rooms are very clean and serviced every day with everything you need. The food is also good quality for a great price. Will be staying again, happy customer. 😊 Stayed again so added photos of my other room which is also all good apart from the noisy Lorries in morning (Stayed at other side of hotel this time)

Bedroom was more than adequate. En suite was enormous. Pauline served me at breakfast and was the most courteous, aware and friendly member of staff I have interacted with in a long time. Bravo for the hire, she is brilliant.

I stayed in the student accommodation for some time, there is no consistency in the quality of food served at Reggies restaurant, some days it's really good but most of the days it's horrible and some days they don’t even serve enough per plate, and this year all of a sudden they increased the price of food, which severely affected the budget of international students. another really irritating thing is there is no proper heating during winters, either no heating at all or they burn people out of the rooms, the heating system is decades old and there is no regulators, considering the weather at Cranfield this should have been fixed years before. Students should think twice while opting Mitchell hall for their stay in Cranfield university, one good thing is it is inside campus and all the university buildings are within walkable distance, for that I have given 5 rating for location. Cleaning service is really good and they clean the toilets and other common areas regularly.
