During the process Clair handled all of the administration and chased both sides solicitors, ensuring completion was swift I kept us updated every step of the way. John and the team truly went above and beyond and I am so pleased they were there to help us buy this house.

We were not selling via Cranes, we were in fact the buyers of a property they were the agents for. The process turned out to be complicated and difficult and lead to a lot of tooing and throwing between solicitors, but I have to say that Clairs involment in chasing solicitors, conveying information and generally keeping us update was invalueble. At times it felt like Clair was buying the house with us, she was that involved. But Having experienced using Cranes in the past when we bought our first house in Cranfield and now having them involved this time, the service we have received has been nothing short of excellent, all of the team John, Garenth and Clair, thank you, I hope you dont have too many cases like ours. The staff of this agent definitely need to have an idea of how to treat their customers in a more respectful way. I dealt with them many times in trying to secure a house for rent when I was in Cranfield and every time they promise to get back to me but they never do that.
