Ford Ranger been in garage for a week rang up for update said busy with customers will ring me back still waiting for call

I received the expected high level of friendly and courteous service from the sales and service team throughout the process of changing my car. I have been a customer of RGR for over 20 years purchasing 10 cars and having them all serviced and MOT’d. Always excellent customer relations from the Directors down through the team.

Have used RGR for about 8 years now, mainly Service side with the odd Bodyshop trip. Always great service. Recently purchased a new vehicle for the first time using the Sales Dept. Again, great service 👍🏼

From my own point of view I know that RGR can, and have, always sorted my car for me in all respects ie MOT., service and supply of tyres etc. I know my car is in capable hands when under the care of the RGR Ford Dealership.

I am a local driving instructor and noticed my air filter wasn't changed at last service and as this was a very simple task thought I would change it myself as not to take the car of the road for another day. I purchase a filter element from a local auto spares place as it was a sunday. Unfortunately the new Ford focus is very sensitive to change and it didn't like the new filter and through up an engine management light. Not a massive problem, I visited RGR and bought a new filter, fitted it myself in approx 30 seconds. Being a driving instructor I needed the fault code clearing. I was informed I would have to book the car in for this and was told this could take a hour??????? Luckily for me a motor trader picking a car up did the reset for me in approx 20 seconds.. RGR tried to rip me off. Never going back and I am at the point of looking for a new ford as my current on is approaching 3 years. Will be going to Bedford!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This used to be a great garage and I've bought several new cars over the last 20 years, but has gone down in recent years!!!!

Recently had my car serviced by RGR. Very refreshing to have good customer service. Very professional from start to finish. Would highly recommend them and will use them again.

I have a 10 years old car and I have been coming to RGR for services in last 3 years after I bought it from 1st owner. They are honest about the things needs attention or things to check in next service. I know my car really well, and I don't mention the issues but they always find it. I am happy with the car, it has been maintained by them since new. My diesel car still does 65-70mpg after 10 years. Today, I forgot to mention that service while waiting, but they were helpful to finish it swiftly. Thanks Stefano and all service team for great work so far!

Superb attentive service from Stefan. RGR have exceeded my expectations when servicing my Focus RS. A huge breath of fresh air compared to normal main dealer franchises. I will be returning here.
