Have been trying to call the shop for nearly 2 days to place an order for my stock taking staff for tomorrow. No one answering the phone. Very poor, as I have been using this shop for the past 12 years and have always had an excellent experience.

Really disappointed in over 30 mins for 1 cod roe and 1 spring roll. When I got it home cod roe batter want cooked and spring roll was just the wrapper very little filling including the beansprouts Parking: Never easy to park close by

Absolutely gross. Don't think the oil has been changed for weeks. The most expensive as well at £3 for a medium portion.

Very good fish and chips. Shame you have to wait so long for it . Seem to be more bothered about just eats than customers in the shop. And why don’t you cook more fish on a Friday night 🙄 so it’s ready to go.

Had a few meals from Mr Fish since moving to the area and food and service has been perfect everytime. For those that can, I'd recommend popping down and collecting to save a few £ but parking can get tight at busy times. But if you are happy to park literally around the corner then all good. Range of food is also great, as they also do kebabs so gives plenty of options for meals to suit everyone.

The place is very clean and the staff is friendly. The fish was a bit more oily than I like, but all together it was a good fish&chips experience. I'm not local, parking is easy.

I went here tonight, just before it was due to close. I was really impressed with the food and the service. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

I'm a trucker delivering to Cranfield & saw the sign on the side of the road so stopped for lunch. I was a bit dubious when nothing was ready but they took my order & told me to wait 10 minutes. It was well worth the wait, cooked to perfection - fish & chips just as I like them & well presented too. I will be calling again next time I'm delivering that way & I RECOMMEND them to you too.

The food is great. You aren't likely to find better fish and chips and there is a lot of choice. Service is just very slow - I don't think they have the capacity at busy times (Saturday dinnertime for example) to serve both visiting customers and Deliveroo/Just Eat - there is often a very long wait for what is supposed to be fast food. When I went the staff were not enforcing the two people rule so the ignorant customers that decided to wait for their order inside the shop made things more difficult for those that waited outside.

Alight to all those giving 1 star because it was closed, it's not fair. People have lives, and some places do close on odd periods for their own reasons. On the other hand this shop when I went to it had really amazing fish really good haddock and cod. And surprisingly they got Snickers and Mars bars deep fried with batter proper good! And when it was open it was packed!
